Warranty
All Sleek Sartor items are brand new and sourced through established European distribution networks supplying genuine luxury inventory.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact help@sleeksartor.com as soon as possible after delivery (ideally within 48 hours). Please include photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. Return shipping will be covered by Sleek Sartor.
As an independent luxury retailer, Sleek Sartor does not provide an extended product warranty. After use, any product concerns relating to wear, material performance, or craftsmanship may be addressed directly with the brand where manufacturer support is offered. Our Client Care team can assist by providing publicly available brand contact information where applicable.
This warranty does not cover:

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund as required by law.
