All Sleek Sartor items are brand new and sourced from authorised luxury partners.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact help@sleeksartor.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. Return shipping will be covered by Sleek Sartor.

As a luxury fashion retailer, Sleek Sartor does not provide an extended product warranty. After use, any product concerns relating to wear, material performance, or craftsmanship may be assessed directly by the brand where manufacturer support is available. Our Client Care team can assist in providing relevant brand contact information where applicable.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
