Order Processing and Communication

Split Shipments
Occasionally, your order may arrive in more than one parcel. Items may be shipped separately if sourced from different international supplier locations.
You’ll receive a separate tracking link for each shipment. All items remain fully insured and no additional delivery fees apply.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are calculated at checkout and no additional charges are payable upon delivery.
In rare cases, local customs authorities may request additional information or documentation from the recipient. Any such requests will be supported by our team and DHL.

Shipping Insurance and Security
All Sleek Sartor shipments are fully insured against loss or damage until they reach you.
DHL Express provides tracked, signature-verified delivery for every parcel.
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive as expected, please contact help@sleeksartor.com as soon as possible. Sleek Sartor will work directly with DHL Express to investigate the shipment and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Orders are securely packaged for protection during transit. Where provided by the brand or supplier, original packaging such as boxes, dust bags, or authenticity materials will be included.
Delivery attempts and signature confirmation
For your protection, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If you are unavailable, DHL will attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange a convenient collection time or service point.
If a parcel is returned to origin due to failed delivery attempts or being uncollected, the order will be treated as a refused shipment and applicable return and logistics costs, will be deducted in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.

At launch, Sleek Sartor ships exclusively to a selected group of international destinations, as outlined in Section 3.3 below.
Shipping rates are determined by the destination country and are calculated automatically in real time at checkout.
Rates are based on destination, order size/weight, and courier rate structures, and are displayed in your local currency at checkout prior to payment.
Shipping fees may vary from time to time due to carrier pricing updates, fuel surcharges, and international logistics adjustments.
3.2 Complimentary Express Shipping (Orders Over A$850 AUD)
Sleek Sartor offers complimentary worldwide DHL Express shipping on all orders over A$850 AUD
(after discounts, before taxes and duties) as our standard shipping benefit.
This standard offer applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other shipping offers.
From time to time, Sleek Sartor may run promotional campaigns that supersede this standard. During an active promotion, the promotional terms apply and the minimum spend or other conditions outlined in this section may be temporarily waived.
Active promotion (5 May 2026 to 30 June 2026): Complimentary DHL Express shipping is available on every order, with no minimum spend, to all destinations we serve. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. The standard shipping benefit described above resumes on 1 July 2026.
3.3 Standard Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order characteristics (including weight/volumetric weight). The final shipping cost is always shown prior to payment.

3.4 Item-Based Shipping Multipliers

If a shipment is refused or returned due to inaccurate delivery details or unclaimed status, return fees and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

5.2 Customs & Import Regulations

7. Failed Delivery & Returns in Transit
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or non-response to courier communication, it may be held or returned to origin.

8. Returns & Reverse Shipping

8.1 Return Shipping & Duties
- Defective or Incorrect Items
Return shipping is complimentary, and any related duties or processing fees are fully covered by Sleek Sartor.
- Size Exchanges (Same Product, Different Size)
We understand that sizing can vary across designer brands. To ensure your confidence when shopping, Sleek Sartor covers all costs associated with approved size exchanges of the same product including return shipping, re-shipment, and any applicable duties or processing fees. Once approved, your replacement item will be dispatched via complimentary express delivery, with no additional duties or taxes charged on the replacement.
- Change-of-Mind Returns and Uncollected or Refused Shipments
For returns initiated due to change of mind, or for shipments that are uncollected, refused, or where the recipient fails to respond to courier or customs notifications, the following costs may be deducted from the refund:
- Two-way transportation costs.
- Re-importation or customs-clearance fees.
- Up to a 4 % payment-processing fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has passed quality inspection. Processing typically takes 5 – 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

9. Limitations & Liability
While Sleek Sartor endeavours to ensure a seamless global delivery experience, certain factors remain outside our direct control.
- We cannot guarantee uninterrupted courier service or specific delivery times once an order has been dispatched.
- Delays caused by customs inspection, courier backlogs, or unforeseen events (such as weather, strikes, or local emergencies) are beyond our control.
- All product prices displayed at checkout include import duties, taxes, and applicable fees based on your shipping destination. These charges are collected by Sleek Sartor at the point of sale to ensure a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service, meaning no additional payments are required upon delivery.
- In rare instances where a customs authority re-assesses or applies a duty variance beyond the calculated amount, Sleek Sartor will work with the courier and customer to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
- Claims for damage or loss in transit must be lodged within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Orders to regions under temporary courier suspension will not be fulfilled until normal operations resume.
