All orders are handled by DHL Express or an equivalent premium courier.

We offer complimentary express shipping on orders over A$ 850 AUD (after discounts, before taxes).

Split shipments

Occasionally, your order may arrive in more than one parcel if items are sourced from different fulfilment centres.You’ll receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.All items remain fully insured and no additional delivery fees apply.

Sleek Sartor operates on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis.
This means all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are calculated and collected at checkout — so you pay a single, transparent price.

  • No additional customs payments are due upon delivery.
  • Duties are automatically calculated according to your destination and product category (HS code).
  • In rare cases, local customs may request ID verification or re-assessment; our team and DHL Express will assist promptly to resolve this.

This ensures fast, hassle-free clearance and eliminates unexpected charges.

Shipping Insurance and Security

All Sleek Sartor shipments are fully insured against loss or damage until they reach you.
DHL Express provides tracked, signature-verified delivery for every parcel.

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact help@sleeksartor.com within 7 days of delivery so we can open an insurance claim and resolve it swiftly.

Orders are packaged discreetly: designer boxes or dust bags are placed inside reinforced outer cartons to protect both the contents and your privacy.

Delivery attempts and signature confirmation

For your protection, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If you are unavailable, DHL will attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange a convenient collection time or service point.
Parcels uncollected after repeated attempts may be returned to origin, with applicable return fees deducted as described in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Modifying or cancelling orders

Once an order is confirmed and enters automated fulfilment, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.This includes product selection, shipping address, or payment method.
