Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within approximately 3–10 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Orders are securely packaged for protection during transit. Where provided by the brand or supplier, items may include original packaging such as boxes, dust bags, or authenticity materials.

We offer complimentary worldwide express shipping on orders over $850 AUD. All shipments are handled on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis, meaning duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout so there are no additional fees upon delivery.

Do we offer international shipping?

Yes, Sleek Sartor proudly serves clients in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, New Zealand, and Indonesia. We continually expand our logistics network and will update coverage as new markets open.

Returns and Exchanges

What is our returns policy for luxury items?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items remain unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.

To initiate a return, contact help@sleeksartor.com for a Return Authorisation (RA) and a prepaid DHL Express label.

  • Defective or incorrect items: complimentary return shipping + full refund
  • Size exchanges: complimentary return shipping + no additional duties or taxes
  • Change-of-mind or uncollected returns: return shipping costs may be deducted

How to initiate a return or exchange?

Email help@sleeksartor.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll verify eligibility and send your DHL prepaid label with instructions. All returns are tracked and inspected before refunds or exchanges are processed.
