Sleek Sartor does not store or have access to your full payment card details. All transactions are protected using advanced fraud-prevention and data-encryption technology.

All prices shown at checkout include:

The final amount displayed at checkout is the total amount charged. No additional payments are required upon delivery.

 

 

4. Payment Authorisation

Your payment method will be authorised at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing time:

  • Refunds are issued by Sleek Sartor within 5–10 business days after return approval.

  • Your financial institution or BNPL provider may require additional time to reflect the funds.

For Buy Now Pay Later purchases:

  • Refunds are processed through the BNPL provider.

  • Any remaining instalment obligations will be adjusted according to their terms.

6. Fees & Charges

Sleek Sartor does not charge additional payment surcharges.

However, the following may apply depending on your provider:

  • Foreign transaction fees charged by your bank (if paying in a different currency)

  • Instalment fees or late fees charged by your BNPL provider

  • Payment-processing deductions (up to 4%) in specific return scenarios, as outlined in our Returns & Exchange Policy

 

 

7. Payment Methods Not Accepted

We currently do not accept:

  • Bank transfers or wire payments

  • Cash on delivery (COD)

  • Cheques or money orders

  • Cryptocurrency

All orders must be completed through the secure checkout on our website.
